SELF CARE AND AWARENESS TO PRACTICE ON- EVERYONE MUST FOLLOW!

Hi here i’ll be talking about all immediate and necessary short self care routine tips for every one.

Firstly, Drink some water first thing in the morning – As soon as you wake up!( we often wake up after a night sleep slightly dehydrated,which means means starting your day off feeling crappy.

Secondly, Write down five things every day that didn’t totally suck– No matter how bad your day sucks we all have something to be grateful for- a home, a car, vision, two legs, etc. Focusing on what your’e grateful for can help put things into perspective and not put so much emphasis on the stressors you might also be dealing with. Thirdly ,Make a menu for the week -Eat healthy, fresh foods sounds easy enough until, well, life happens. By pre-planning your meals you can often eliminate the impulsive,’ pressed for time’ purchases.

Fourth, Try the new yoga– A little bit of adaptability goes a long way, especially when it comes to fitness. Burnount and injury happen and a willingness to change up your workouts makes it feel less stifling and maybe even more exciting.

Five, Take a new route to walk – It turns out that like the rest of your body your brain is subject to the “use it or lose it” theory. Take care of your by challenging it and no, you don’t need a fancy app. Simply taking a different route to walk in the morning.

Sixth, Have a mini dance party– Our lives are so busy and scheduled these days that it’s important to remember to have some fun and connect with our loved ones. Make plans with friends , indulge in your favourite television show, or blast some music and dance out your day in the middle of your living room.

Seventh, Take five minutes to decompress every day- It’s importand to take time to breathe,see people believe self-care has to be expensive and lavish but it doesn’t it can look as simple as putting your phone away for five minutes to just minutes to just sit with your own thoughts.

Eighth, move for atleast 30 minutes a day-You need not do a full, high-intensity workout each day,but getting in at least 30 minutes of some kind of aerobic excercise- whether it’s a solid gym session or a lunchtime stroll, is just as good for your mental health as it is your physical, you don’t have to do it all at once-take three 10 minutes strolls if you can’t do a full half hour.

Ninth, Get some sleep – It seems simple enough and yet 30% of womens get less than seven hours of a sleep at night , During sleep, your brain rids itself of toxins, consolidates memory and build’s neural highways, which means yo can snooze your way through self care.

Tenth, Practice kegel exercise- In case you havent heard toning and strengthening exercise for your pelivic-floor are crucial to overall health down there, inlcuding better orgasms. And the best part about egel exercise is no one will now you are doing them, isn’t it wonderful !OK not sure how to do it ? Just think about what it feels like when you stop your pee mid-stream (though, to be honest you should never do such). That squeeze happens in your pelvic floor muscles one you find them, hold that squeeeze for three-ten seconds . You can do 10 reps of that. working your way up to three sets a day.
